Inclement Weather
In the event of Inclement weather, our photographers will keep all appointments on calendar as scheduled, unless the chance is present for damage to our gear. We must protect our equipment. Responsibility to reschedule appointment due to weather lies with the photographer and the client. We do offer free same day cancellation for bad weather conditions, however it must be cancelled 2 hours or more prior to appointment. If not cancelled with in 2 hours the total cost is forfeited. If the client wants to attempt a session after being warned by the photographer of the danger to equipment, the client assumes responsibility for repair/replacement to the equipment.
We will do everything in our power to rest your session at no cost if decided prior to the 2-hour window. Any cancellations made after the 2-hour window will forfeit the full costs. No one can control the weather, if we decide to cancel and the weather returns to nice conditions the session is still considered cancelled, unless both parties agree upon conditions.
